Rate & Billing:
Consulting with Moore System Solutions starts at $200.00 USD per hour, billed in 30-minute increments
Minimum purchase of 1 hour required for new customers
Rates vary by the complexity of the project
Estimates can be given upfront if a clearly defined scope of work is provided
A 1-hour appointment may be required for larger/more complex projects
Work performed outside of regular business hours or on holidays will be billed at a higher rate
Consulting with our experts may vary in rate
Specialized products may increase the hourly rate
Hours can be pre-purchased upon request or when required by a project
An account is necessary to pre-purchase hours
Unused hours expire one year from the date of purchase.
Hours available for new customers:
We are available to take your call from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. If this is an emergency such as ransomware or a complete outage, please call (520) 230-5437 (Out of office billing is applied)
If you are a current customer and are experiencing an emergency situation, please call your assigned emergency contact and open a ticket as soon as possible, and hit the record button so our technicians can follow along with any changes being made to your system.

At Moore System Solutions, we value your time and strive to make the consultation process as smooth as possible. After we respond to your initial request with a booking link, you may send us any relevant information that may aid your consultation. However, please note that any information sent before the appointment will only be reviewed at the technician's discretion and will be considered billable time.
Please note that for security reasons, we ask you not to send any sensitive information or passwords via email or our contact form. Our technician will either request that information during the consultation or coordinate a secure way to receive it. We prioritize the safety and security of your data and strive to maintain the highest level of protection during our consultations.
